La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore R&D e Qualità, gestirà tutte le attività relative sia all'assicurazione qualità che al controllo qualità interfacciandosi con laboratori esterni o produttori di apparecchiature di laboratorio.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
Preparare ed aggiornare la documentazione, manuali, procedure, istruzioni, moduli, piani relativi alle certificazioni
Gestione e mantenimento del sistema HACCP e di Qualità
Redazione di procedure sia in ambito HACCP che di Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (SdGQ)
Definire le specifiche tecniche dei prodotti e gestire la documentazione verso clienti industriali, clienti della GDO e fornitori
Gestire i reclami dei Consumatori, dei Clienti e dei Fornitori occupandosi della preparazione della documentazione e della risposta, attraverso indagine interna, approfondimenti, analisi, confronto con la Produzione, coinvolgimento delle funzioni commerciali
Preparare gli audit Clienti, Fornitori, Enti Certificatori
Gestire audit Terzisti e di clienti in autonomia
Gestire i rapporti con i laboratori esterni, definendo piani analitici e metodiche
Gestione dei rapporti con le autorità. le istituzioni e le associazioni di categoria.
relazione con R&D per la definizione della specifiche dei nuovi prodotti e relativi piani analitici
Requisiti
Laurea preferibilmente in Scienze delle Tecnologie Alimentari o comunque in discipline scientifiche
4/5 anni di esperienza in analoghe posizioni presso aziende del settore agroalimentare
piena conoscenza degli standards di certificazione BRC. IFS, FSMA (US standard), FSSC
conoscenza approfondita della normativa relativa alla Qualità
conoscenza ed esperienza nella gestione del pest management
buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese e preferibile conoscenza della lingua francese
ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office con particolare focus su excel (tabelle pivot, elaborazione dati, etc.)

MAIN RESPONSABIITIES: This role ensures the effective execution of projects from the laboratory and pilot-scale up to the manufacturing plant. The position will establish strong relationships with the Commercial, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations across business unit network and will be integrated into global R&D network.
