Per azienda del settore servizi, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Quality & Certifications Manager, la figura sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento HR e avrà il compito di aggiornare costantemente le normative ISO e gestire il sistema certificativo aziendale, assicurando la corretta applicazione di politiche e procedure. Principali responsabilità: • Pianifica e supervisiona, di concerto con le funzioni interne e con i consulenti esterni, le attività periodiche di formazione e divulgazione aziendale del Sistema Integrato della Qualità e ne organizza l’esecuzione, monitorandone l’avanzamento. • Realizza tutte le iniziative necessarie a promuovere il SDGI all’interno dell’organizzazione, raccogliendo esiti ed evidenze in raccordo con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte. • Pianifica, supervisiona e conduce le attività periodiche di audit interni, gestendo direttamente i rapporti con gli enti certificatori. • Riferisce alla Direzione sull'andamento del Sistema Integrato e sulle eventuali opportunità di miglioramento. • Elabora e aggiorna la documentazione necessaria alla strutturazione del Sistema Integrato (politiche, manuali, procedure, istruzioni operative, modelli). • Supporta la funzione Compliance & Privacy.Requisiti: • Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria, master o specializzazioni in gestione della qualità sarà considerato un plus • Familiarità con standard internazionali ISO • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto OfficeCompetenze soft: • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio • Visione globale • Pianificazione e organizzazione • Iniziativa e autonomia Sede: Roma

For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the EMEA Manufacturing Controller, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for the plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect.   The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Engineering, gained an experience in industrial controlling and served as Plant controller for multinational companies (at least 5 years).
