La risorsa rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione Generale avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
garantire sviluppare e monitorare le performances di produzione implementandone l’efficienza, riducendone i costi, i lead time e migliorandone la qualità attraverso tecniche di lean production;
seguire progetti speciali definiti con l'ad, monitorandone l’implementazione insieme ai primi livelli dell'organizzazione;
implementare le tecniche della lean production al fine di ridurre i costi e aumentare l’efficienza di tempi e metodi;
gestire i fornitori in collaborazione con l’ufficio acquisti assicurando all’area produttiva il corretto livello di stock;
monitorare e aggiornare costantemente il Chief, identificando in modo proattivo i punti di attenzione;
promuovere soluzioni a questioni ad alta priorità e monitorare l'attuazione delle azioni concordate;
preparare report, raccogliere, riassumere e analizzare dati e informazioni.
Il candidato ideale, Laureato in Ingegneria, ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore metalmeccanico, e possiede una approfondita conoscenza delle problematiche organizzative della produzione in ottica Lean Production e spiccate capacità di gestione.
E’ da considerarsi requisito fondamentale la fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo ottime doti organizzative di gestione delle relazioni ed una spiccata propensione alla precisione ed alla proattività.
