Per conto di un nostro Cliente, azienda operante nel settore del bianco e parte di un gruppo industriale multinazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un/una OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER Responsabilità: Gestire progetti operativi, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati in termini di tempi, costi e qualità. Lavorare a stretto contatto con la Direzione Generale per definire le priorità strategiche e attuare le soluzioni più efficaci. Ottimizzare i flussi operativi, migliorare l'efficienza dei processi produttivi e supervisionare la standardizzazione delle attività. Analizzare e revisionare i processi esistenti per identificare aree di miglioramento continuo. . Monitorare i KPI e redigere report periodici per la direzione aziendale. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline affini. Esperienza di almeno 5 -8 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente nel settore del bianco o manifatturiero. Competenze nella lettura di disegni tecnici 3D. Esperienza nella gestione di progetti operativi e nell’ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi. Conoscenza delle metodologie di revisione dei processi e standardizzazione. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Forte orientamento ai risultati, capacità di problem solving e ottime doti di leadership. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. PFMEA, PCP, WI, PPAP procedures; - Solid knowledge of Maintenance processes in terms of TPM, AM and PM; - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; - Collaborative approach with high adaptability to major changes in work tasks, high communication skills, to achieve customer and internal objectives.
