For a prestigious Italian multinational group, Leader in the food sector, we are looking for a brilliant: IT Solution Delivery Manager Position Overview: As an IT Solution Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of IT solutions and services in the domains of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Control, and Research and Innovation and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation, delivery and “up and running” of the applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management, business analysis, IT solution delivery lifecycle, IT service management, as well as functional/process expertise in the mentioned domains, a minimum of 7/8 years of experience; he/she has grown in environments with presence of production plants. He/She will report to the Head of Business Solutions within the IT department. Main responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions and services in the mentioned domains. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and define project objectives, priorities and success criteria. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, in order to achieve the design, development, release of IT solutions that meet business needs and quality standards. Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support business in the adoption and usage of new systems and capabilities by setting up, shaping, monitoring change management activities, training, technical support. Manage day to day Application Management (AM) service and operations for the applications in scope according to service management standard processes and by ensuring that all suppliers are delivering according to agreed SLA/terms and any impact due to major incidents is minimized towards customers and fixed as soon as possible. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7/8 years of experience in IT within the mentioned domains, preferably in environments with production plants. Strong understanding and knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within the above organizations. Experience with ERP systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), QMS (quality management systems). Fluent English, native Italian. Location: Trieste

La posizione prevede attività esterna presso clienti e filiali EU, nella misura del 30%.   REQUISITI Diploma di istituto tecnico ad indirizzo elettromeccanico (elettronico/automazione/meccatronico), alternativamente laurea triennale ad indirizzo elettromeccanico. Provenienza da aziende di produzione/vendita componenti per automazione industriale, macchine e impianti industriali. Esperienza lavorativa: minimo 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi. Buona conoscenza Inglese e gradite altre lingue. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes. Data Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments of the Financial office for monthly data analysis. Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection of data requested by audit firms and serve as the primary internal reference for consolidated financial statements within the company. Internal Controls: Implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Accounting Standards: Collaborate with General Accounting to identify correct accounting representation according to international accounting principles. Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide financial reports and ad hoc presentations as required. IFRS16 Compliance: Oversee backup calculation and subsequent accounting under IFRS16 principles. Skills: Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience. Per un’importante azienda operante nel settore alimentare, ricerchiamo un/una: RESPONSABILE PROGRAMMAZIONE E LOGISTICA La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Stabilimento, si occuperà di assicurare la programmazione della produzione sulla base del Piano di Produzione ricevuto e della disponibilità delle materie dirette, massimizzando efficacia ed efficienza. Sarà, inoltre, responsabile per il corretto funzionamento della catena delle forniture e degli approvvigionamenti nelle diverse fasi del processo fino alla spedizione del prodotto finito.  Principali responsabilità: Assicurare per lo stabilimento di competenza la schedulazione della produzione coerentemente con la Pianificazione Centrale ricevuti con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare richiesta ed efficienza e condividerla con le funzioni di stabilimento coinvolte; Assicurare la corretta disponibilità di materie prime, ingredienti e materiali di confezionamento per garantire la fattibilità dei piani produttivi di breve, medio e lungo periodo correlando le giacenze con i consumi reali: interfacciandosi con l’ufficio acquisti e con i fornitori; Garantire la corretta emissione degli ordini; Garantire l’ottimale gestione del magazzino, dei ricevimenti e delle spedizioni in termini di quantità, qualità e layout utilizzando i sistemi preposti e nel rispetto delle norme di qualità; Garantire la sicurezza nell’ambito della propria funzione organizzativa: Applica le norme legate alla sicurezza con speciale attenzione alle movimentazioni interne e alla verifica del corretto stato di funzionamento dei dispositivi e delle attrezzature; Implementa le soluzioni organizzative atte a ridurre i rischi per il personale operativo.
