La risorsa dovrà garantire la realizzazione di prototipi e campioni secondo le modalità, i tempi e gli standard qualitativi richiesti dall’Azienda, attraverso la supervisione e il coordinamento delle attività del reparto interno di Prototipia. MISSIONE Pianificare le attività e il carico di lavoro del team di prototipia Interfacciarsi con i reparti di modelleria e industrializzazione al fine di garantire il flusso corretto di tutte le informazioni necessarie alla realizzazione del prototipo e alle eventuali comunicazioni di anomalie Supervisionare il processo in tutte le sue fasi: ricezione della materia prima e accessori taglio e preparazione assemblaggio rifinitura dei prodotti (borse o piccola pelletteria) controllo qualità Gestire la reportistica sullo stato di avanzamento PROFILO Esperienza di almeno 10 anni all’interno di una modelleria/prototipia borse di lusso Ottima conoscenza di tutte le fasi di lavorazione di pelletteria Conoscenza dei processi di modelleria Ottime capacità organizzative Buona conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche di pelli e tessuti Buone doti di manualità Predisposizione a lavorare in team

For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive and industrial industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER We are seeking a qualified Engineering and Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing staff development, ensuring compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborating with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes. The Candidate will also promote safety, quality, and equipment efficiency, handle new process industrialization, coordinate engineering changes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the publication of maintenance results and KPI. Responsibilities: Manage and organize the activities related to the engineering, maintenance office; Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence; Ensure that all designs comply with HSE and ergonomic requirements; Collaborate with the plant operations team to promote improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness and overall process improvements; Promote improvements in terms of safety, quality, availability and efficiency of equipment; Responsibility of new Process Industrialization within the Plant. PFMEA; Coordinates all customer and internal engineering changes; Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness; Follow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to quality, production, equipment, tooling, customers, and production controls; Ensure process maintenance results and KPI’s publishing; Manage plan and control absenteeism, vacations, overtime and recognition process for people within the area; Provide and ensure support for issues escalation process; Responsible for maintaining IATF compliance within manufacturing; Coordinate and supervise external companies working for maintenance; Identify create and develop together with HR individual training plan if needed; Coordinate with all departments of the plant to develop the annual Capex plan. Follow up Capex approval and Management; Work with facility, maintenance and warehouse managers to ensure adequate and accurate inventories are maintained to support production.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in maintenance management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes. Welding Engineer Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile della progettazione, implementazione e ottimizzazione dei processi di saldatura, garantendo la conformità ai requisiti tecnici, qualitativi e di costo stabiliti, per tutti gli stabilimenti del Gruppo, a livello mondiale (trasferte 50%). Responsabilità principali: Garantire la conformità delle linee di saldatura a tempi, costi e specifiche interne/cliente. Supportare la definizione della fattibilità e delle tolleranze prodotto in relazione ai processi di saldatura. Definire specifiche tecniche e valutare proposte dei fornitori per supportare il Purchasing. Collaborare con il reparto R&D e i fornitori per la realizzazione di macchinari e attrezzature. Supervisionare l’installazione e l’avviamento delle linee di saldatura presso gli stabilimenti produttivi. Risolvere problematiche durante le fasi di progettazione, sviluppo, installazione e start-up. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Automobilistica. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in una posizione analoga. Inglese fluente. Competenze trasversali: Problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in team. For a leading Tier 1 multinational company in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:   AUTOMATION ENGINEER   The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:   To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis To collaborate with Product Design for the tools feasibility To manage the investments of the machinery / tools ensuring the adherence of the spending according to the foreseen cost in the offer phase To define the supplier activities schedule for each machinery / tools, consistently with the overall product development Gantt. To monitor the construction progress status, visiting periodically the supplier site and defining, in case of deviations, suitable recovery action plans agreed with Process Leaders To ensure the supervision of the technical test of the machinery / tools at the supplier site, verifying the compliance with technical requirements and expected cycle time target; to give the approval for the machinery / tools transfer to the manufacturing plant according to the existing acceptance rules To define the typology and the amount of materials and auxiliary tooling that are necessary for the testing of the machinery To manage machinery / tools modification and tuning after each test To organize, in case of specific dedicated project, the FMEA process in order to identify the quality risk of the product and put in place the automatic controls To guarantee the availability of make components (by soft or hard tooling) consistently with the product development plan To coordinate the machinery / tools handover to the manufacturing plant coordinating the activities related to the industrial trials in collaboration with the plant To coordinate the installation and acceptance and of the machinery/tooling, monitoring and confirming its capability with the plant Production Engineering for the final approval To provide the plant Production Engineering with the technical data (machine guide, utilization manual, spare parts list,..) concerning the new machinery / tools , supporting them in the training of the involved associates To collaborate in the definition of the required actions to set up the area of the installation of the machine ( including water, air, electric energy ,..) and to guarantee the legal and safety compliance To collaborate in the preparation of the preventive maintenance sheets/plan and manual To collaborate with the Production Engineering of the plant in the machinery modification and improvements.
