Industrial Design Engineer

For an important multinational company, leader in the Hospitality sector, we are looking for a: BRAND MANAGER For the BU Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal & USA), he/she will be responsible for two brands of the group by building long-term brand equity, whilst creating ATL and BTL activities to support the hotel chain to reach extra revenue and increase the Brand Awareness and the Brand Perception in the BUSE. Main activities and responsibilities: Recommend and execute the marketing and communications plan, adhering to Global strategy guidelines and ensuring brand objectives are achieved; Collaborate in the strategic development of annual Marketing and Communication plans in accordance with brand, communication, sales and revenue targets and in line with BUSE strategies and Global guidelines; Develop strong hotel action plans to be executed hand in hand with all Hotel team and post-evaluated against target KPIs; Responsible for all marketing and media activities for the brands including the rollout of global initiatives (Experience Department), inauguration events (together with the PR & Communication Managers), Barter Agreement, Special Initiatives, Definition of new F&B Concept (together with the F&B Director) and implementation of the new brand identity of specific F&B outlet, etc.; Direct responsibility of media budget for Italy and France; Optimizing advertising campaigns and developing new advertising efforts; Brand ambassador at all manner of events; Drive opportunity analysis through alliances to achieve incremental sales volume (B2B & B2C); Executed special pilot projects on the BUSE market and successfully implemented best practices in other geographies. Main requirements: Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Similar; At least 7 years work experience including experience in marketing and communications; Strong interpersonal and organizational skills & attention to detail; Results oriented and business sense; Communicative, proactive team-player with high level of reliability and integrity, good at building relationships;Creative person capable to think Out of the Box; Italian and English speaker, the knowledge of Spanish is a plus. La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico della gamma di tubazioni industriali, coordinando progetti di Ricerca & Sviluppo, attività di progettazione, test e benchmarking. Responsabilità principali Coordinare progetti R&D relativi allo sviluppo di tubazioni industriali. Progettare la struttura del tubo e svolgere le relative analisi e i calcoli tecnici. Gestire test e verifiche sui prototipi e condurre attività di benchmarking sui prodotti concorrenti. Collaborare con il Materials Manager e con il Technology Manager per la definizione dei processi produttivi. Supportare Sales, Marketing e Technical Team nella definizione dei nuovi prodotti. Ampliare il know-how interno sulle applicazioni e sulle performance delle tubazioni in campo. Monitorare gli sviluppi del mercato e dei concorrenti. Requisiti Esperienza consolidata in R&D o Industrial Engineering nel settore delle tubazioni industriali. Ottima conoscenza dei materiali elastomerici e delle strutture rinforzate con fili d’acciaio. Familiarità con i processi produttivi delle tubazioni industriali e con le applicazioni su campo. Laurea tecnica (preferibilmente Ingegneria). Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team. Competenze avanzate di project management e capacità di lavorare su più attività in parallelo. Approccio pratico e forte etica professionale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. For an important multinational company operating in Automotive sector, we are looking for a: PROCESS INJECTION TECHNOLOGIST Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, he/she will ensure that moulds, dies and tooling’s are at the disposal of the plant when needed by giving technical know-how and expertise in this area.   Main activities and responsibilities: Prepare all the documentation of new moulds. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Train and to give technical support to the Moulds Teams when necessary. Guarantee the fulfilment of the Health and Safety policies and procedures in his area of responsibility. Report to the Production Manager about his activity, as well as on new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies and tooling, etc. Report the Production Manager about his performance indicators of its supervised area. Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment   Technical and personal skills: High School Degree.
