CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
Il Customer Quality Engineer è responsabile della gestione della qualità lato cliente, assicurando che i prodotti e i processi rispettino gli standard richiesti e gestendo efficacemente le non conformità, i reclami e le attività di miglioramento continuo.
Responsabilità principali:
Essere il punto di riferimento per tutte le tematiche di qualità con i clienti assegnati.
Gestione dei reclami cliente (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, ecc.), garantendo risposte tempestive ed efficaci.
Monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI qualità (PPM, reclam rate, ecc.).
Coordinamento delle attività di contenimento, root cause analysis e azioni correttive/preventive.
Supporto durante audit cliente, visite ispettive o richieste di documentazione specifica (PPAP, PSW, IMDS).
Collaborazione con R&D, produzione e qualità interna per assicurare il rispetto dei requisiti cliente.
Partecipazione a team di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen, FMEA review, ecc.).
Gestione della documentazione di qualità cliente secondo IATF 16949.
Requisiti:
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, dei Materiali o Gestionale).
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito qualità, preferibilmente in contatto diretto con clienti OEM/Tier 1.
Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti qualità (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
Buona conoscenza delle normative IATF 16949 e ISO 9001.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale, anche in inglese (livello B2 o superiore).
Orientamento al problem solving, proattività e attitudine al lavoro in team.
Disponibilità a brevi trasferte presso clienti.
