RESPONSABILE AMBIENTALE

Per azienda settore lusso sita nella Riviera del Brenta ricerchiamo HSE Manager che si occuperà di gestire tutte le tematiche relative alla Salute, Sicurezza ed Ambiente. Sarà inoltre responsabile del rispetto del budget assegnato alle aree di competenza. PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’ SALUTE e SICUREZZA Elaborare ed aggiornare costantemente il DVR aziendale ai sensi del d.lgs. 81/08; valutare i fattori di rischio, le misure per la sicurezza e la salubrità degli ambienti di lavoro, nel rispetto della normativa vigente; elaborare le misure preventive e protettive; proporre i programmi di informazione e formazione dei lavoratori; gestire e verificare il corretto utilizzo dei DPI aziendali; programmare, in collaborazione col Medico Competente, la sorveglianza sanitaria dei lavoratori; coordinare la prevenzione e la risposta alle emergenze e agli incidenti; redigere la necessaria documentazione per la gestione delle interferenze connesse all'esecuzione di attività in regime di appalto (D.U.V.R.I., ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08); verificare la conformità di impianti ed attrezzature messe a disposizione ai lavoratori; gestire i rapporti con gli Enti e gestire le convenzioni sanitarie AMBIENTE Coordinare l’attività degli addetti dell’impresa in tema di gestione dei rifiuti; coordinare le attività e prescrizioni previste dalla normativa ambientale vigente; elaborare e definire le procedure operative legate alla movimentazione dei rifiuti, comprensive delle attenzioni di sicurezza; supervisionare sul corretto funzionamento degli impianti di depurazione e sul trattamento emissioni in atmosfera; sovrintendere alle corrette modalità di stoccaggio dei rifiuti presso lo stabilimento; verificare le autorizzazioni in possesso dei fornitori incaricati del trasporto e smaltimento dei rifiuti; verificare e aggiornare periodicamente i documenti necessari allo svolgimento dell’attività. gestire i rapporti con gli Enti; fornire report alla direzione Profilo Desideriamo incontrate candidati e candidate in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Laurea specialistica in materie tecnico scientifiche + 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo Formazione con relativa abilitazione RSPP (moduli A+B+C); Qualifica di Formatore per la salute e sicurezza Conoscenza e comprensione di ambiente e sicurezza, politiche, leggi e regolamenti; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Attitudine a lavorare in ambienti dinamici Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese Empatia, capacità organizzative e comunicative completano il profilo.

La risorsa si occuperà di Controllo di Gestione di tutte le attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione  ed in particolare dei seguenti task: Assicurare le attività di controllo di gestione delle Operations; Supportare i PM per le attività di stesura del Budget; Analizzare gli scostamenti fisici ed economici dei singoli progetti rispetto ai volumi pianificati in fase di stesura del Budget; Coordinare e verificare le RDA rispetto alle attività di pianificazione lavori; Preparare e promuovere analisi e reportistica dedicata; Collaborare con la funzione Amministrazione e Controllo per tutte le analisi di carattere economico-finanziario necessarie   Si richiedono: Esperienza maturata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli da cost controller delle attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione di cantiere. Per primaria realtà industriale del settore Automotive, stiamo ricercando un/una:   NEW PROJECT INDUSTRIALIZATION SPECIALIST   La risorsa, a riporto della Direzione Engineering, avrà la responsabilità end to end per il perimetro a lui/lei assegnato nell’ambito della industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti, interfacciandosi per tutti i progetti con l’Ente engineering nelle fasi iniziali di progetto (Preventivazione) per poi coordinare tutte le attività a livello di plant sia per l’approntamento delle campionature che per l’attività di maturazione e validazione processo fino alla fase di produzione di serie.   PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Interfacciarsi con l’ente Engineering nelle fasi iniziali di preventivazione circa la valutazione della capacità produttiva del potenziale plant di destinazione e per progetti complessi presiede sin da subito il team con l’obiettivo di fare la verifica del ciclo produttivo e la valutazione del rischio di fornitura Presiedere il team di plant dedicato coordinando tutte le attività necessarie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di timing, qualità e redditività di tutti i nuovi prodotti Assicurarsi che in base alle classi di prodotto definite le input list, le check list ed i kpi siano sempre aggiornati evidenziando in tal modo errori o ritardi con logica a semaforo (verde giallo rosso) Verificare nell’ambito del team di progetto EMEA lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti e supportare nel risolvere eventuali conflitti interfunzionali Gestire il processo di industrializzazione end to end Coordinare il miglioramento dei processi con focus su learning by doing Gestire le Best Practices in ambito processi produttivi Standardizzare i processi produttivi in ottica di continuous improvement REQUISITI Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/ Gestionale Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi quali stampaggio, lavorazioni meccaniche, trattamenti termici ecc.. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Per storica realtà del settore dell’impiantistica navale, oggi parte di un importante player multinazionale, stiamo ricercando un/una   RESPONSABILE TECNICO PROGETTAZIONE IMPIANTI   La figura, inserito in un Team di Progettazione, avrà il compito di monitorare la progettazione di Base di impianti frigoriferi per l’esecuzione di progetti e la predisposizione della documentazione tecnica ad essi relativa.   In particolare la figura si occuperà di:   Eseguire la progettazione (calcoli e disegni) preliminare ed esecutiva delle commesse in acquisizione; Redigere le Distinte base; Gestire le relazioni e la comunicazione con gli uffici tecnici del cliente; Gestire le relazioni interne con l’uff. acquisti e l’uff. commerciale Seguire dal punto di vista tecnico-programmatico lo sviluppo della progettazione esecutiva interfacciandosi con i responsabili del progetto in cantiere.
