Manages projects in terms of both content and timing of implementing. Defines the specifications of products collaborating with other departments. Guarantees the support to Operations Dept. and Technical Assistance Dept., regarding the problem-solving connected to product/component. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes. Skills: Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience. Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation processes, and principles. Finance Processes: Familiarity with finance processes within multinational groups. Responsabilità • Contribuire all’ottimizzazione dei prodotti, garantendo una migliore gestione dei costi e la riduzione dei tempi di produzione e di consegna. • Controllare i semilavorati e i prodotti finiti per valutarne gli eventuali difetti e, in base alle imperfezioni riscontrate, proporre gli accorgimenti tecnici più adatti alla soluzione dei problemi. • Individuare gli interventi preventivi e correttivi per il ripristino dei livelli di qualità attesi in cooperazione con gli altri enti tecnici preposti (Qualità e Industrializzazione). • Verificare la corrispondenza delle caratteristiche dei prodotti con quelle dei campioni ordinati, assicurandosi che coincidano con le specifiche richieste. • Attraverso l’organizzazione dei processi di controllo, contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di efficacia ed efficienza dell’intero sistema produttivo, con focus in particolare sulle tempistiche di consegna richieste. • Controllare le Di.Ba, le schede misure o le anagrafiche e, ove necessario, realizzare i protocolli di modifica. • Gestire i file per aggiornamenti su tutti i capi di collezione, arrivo e controllo dei campioni PPS, arrivo e invio a magazzino dei campioni Shipment Sample.
