  Per un importante e prestigioso gruppo industriale leader nel suo settore, siamo alla ricerca di:   Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager   che, alle dirette dipendenze del Plant Manager,  avrà la responsabilità delle Tecnologie e della Manutenzione del sito.   Principali responsabilità:   Garantire la gestione strategica del patrimonio territoriale in termini di Sicurezza ed efficienza; Fornire la manutenzione operativa regolare e la manutenzione preventiva in conformità con le normative e i requisiti legali pertinenti; Garantire e coordinare le Aree di Ingegneria della Produzione, con particolare focus sulla gestione delle tecnologie Definire e gestire gli investimenti per progetti di sicurezza, ambiente, impianti, edilizia e riduzione dei costi; Definire e gestire le Capex annuali dell'impianto e definire le spese annuali in accordo con gli Area Head, EHS Manager, Quality Manager e Logistic Manager, monitorandone l'avanzamento; Garantire il monitoraggio di tutti gli KPI di manutenzione delle diverse aree tecnologiche e la riduzione dei costi di manutenzione; Gestire e monitorare i progetti di miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi, garantendo la loro efficienza in linea con gli obiettivi assegnati; Gestire tutti i fornitori che operano nello stabilimento per introdurre miglioramenti di processo, modifiche e/o manutenzioni nonché la gestione del magazzino materiale indiretto; Collaborare con HSE per i progetti Ambiente, Sicurezza, Ergonomia e mantenimento dei requisiti legali;     Requisiti:  Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito ingegneristico Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli manageriali in Ingegneria della Produzione e Manutenzione nel settore automotive o in gruppi multinazionali produttori di  componenti industriali di grandi serie Esperienza nella gestione del sistema tecnologico (Impianti Generali e di Produzione) Conoscenza dei requisiti normativi ISO Safety and Environment e IATF, Environmental and Safety e WCM o altre Metodologie Lean; Solida conoscenza delle procedure QA net. Per azienda retail, specializzata nella distribuzione di prodotti di elettronica di consumo, ricerchiamo un/a: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’Ufficio dedicato all’Amministrazione Contabilità Generale e svolgerà principalmente le seguenti attività: Calcolo consuntivo budget, analisi degli impatti derivanti dall’applicazione dell’IFRS 16 e della contrattualistica; Analisi della contrattualistica per verificare la sussistenza dei requisiti di capitalizzabilità in applicazione dei principi contabili IAS 38, IAS 16 e IAS 36; Rilascio autorizzativo degli ordini di investimento dei dipartimenti aziendali; Creazione delle anagrafiche cespiti nel gestionale SAP; Gestione del processo di investimento in SAP, occupandosi dello scarico dei capex autorizzati dai conti transitori ad immobilizzazioni in corso e della registrazione, in prima nota, dei cespiti precedenti; Emissione delle fatture di vendita di asset aziendale ed eliminazione dei cespiti; Gestione delle attività di chiusura mensile degli investimenti, attraverso analisi sulle valutazione dei cespiti, lancio gli ammortamenti, predisposizione dei report di quadratura degli investimenti, stima del numero delle fatture da ricevere e dei debiti in essere verso fornitori di investimenti, quadratura delle voci di bilancio con il libro cespiti e delle immobilizzazioni in corso; Redazione dei prospetti di nota integrativa per la chiusura del bilancio annuale e della relazione finanziaria semestrale; Gestione dei rapporti con i revisori e l’internal audit per i controlli afferenti l’area cespiti; Calcolo ed analisi del budget e revised budget degli ammortamenti, per tutti gli asset cespitati alla data di analisi; Compilazione dei questionari statistici relativi agli investimenti; Predisposizione dei backup da inviare ai consulenti fiscali, a supporto per l’ottenimento di benefici fiscali sugli investimenti; Partecipazione a progetti di automazione della gestione in SAP degli investimenti. Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL e prove su veicolo. Garantire lo sviluppo degli algoritmi di controllo e delle logiche di stima della dinamica del veicolo. Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262). Eseguire, in collaborazione con il team di prove strada, le attività di integrazione e calibrazione del software e supporta le attività di validazione su veicolo (in officina, su strada e in pista). Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria informatica / automazione / meccanica; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, o IOT; Buona conoscenza nell’uso di Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow; Buona conoscenza della teoria dei controlli, applicata a veicoli terrestri; Gradita la conoscenza della generazione di codice da modelli (dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder) e delle metodologie e strumenti di test e calibrazione di centraline elettroniche; Gradita una conoscenza base della programmazione in linguaggio C; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di versionamento del codice, issue tracking, gestione dei requisiti; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia.
