SENIOR VEHICLE TEST ENGINEER ABOUT THE JOB Il/la Vehicle Test Engineer si occupa di assicurare la definizione e lo sviluppo degli strumenti, delle metodologie relativamente alle attività di Prove Strada, di cui garantisce il coordinamento e l’organizzazione delle attività di sperimentazione secondo i programmi e le strategie concordate con il responsabile. Completano il profilo spiccate capacità di problem solving, teamwork, orientamento al risultato, unitamente a una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese con disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e all’estero per attività di test su veicolo.
La risorsa si occuperà di Controllo di Gestione di tutte le attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione ed in particolare dei seguenti task: Assicurare le attività di controllo di gestione delle Operations; Supportare i PM per le attività di stesura del Budget; Analizzare gli scostamenti fisici ed economici dei singoli progetti rispetto ai volumi pianificati in fase di stesura del Budget; Coordinare e verificare le RDA rispetto alle attività di pianificazione lavori; Preparare e promuovere analisi e reportistica dedicata; Collaborare con la funzione Amministrazione e Controllo per tutte le analisi di carattere economico-finanziario necessarie Si richiedono: Esperienza maturata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli da cost controller delle attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione di cantiere. Supporto alla pianificazione e al coordinamento del budget e forecast. Analisi e controllo dei costi di produzione, manutenzione, energia, materiali, personale. Redazione di report finanziari e analisi degli scostamenti, a supporto delle decisioni tattiche e strategiche del plant. Collaborazione con le funzioni centrali di Controllo di Gestione e con i responsabili di reparto. Gestione delle attività amministrative dello stabilimento (creazione fornitori, richieste di acquisto, rapporti con ADM). Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o titolo equivalente. 2–4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di controllo di gestione, preferibilmente in ambito food & beverage o manifatturiero. Esperienza nell’utilizzo di KPI e reporting finanziario. Ottima conoscenza di Excel e familiarità con ERP (SAP o AS400). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
