Definizione e Implementazione Standard:
Sviluppare, implementare e aggiornare protocolli rigorosi di controllo qualità per tutte le fasi della produzione, inclusi i processi di imbottigliamento, packaging e stoccaggio
Assicurare la conformità agli standard aziendali e alle normative vigenti
Capacità di condurre audit periodici presso i fornitori per valutare la qualità dei materiali, dei processi e dei servizi – in collaborazione con il dipartimento Procument di Gruppo

Controllo Qualità in Produzione:
Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività di controllo qualità durante l'intero ciclo produttivo, dal primo imbottigliamento (tirage) alla spedizione del prodotto finito
Effettuare ispezioni e test rigorosi sulle fasi di imbottigliamento, sul materiale di packaging in arrivo e sul prodotto finito
Gestire scrupolosamente la documentazione relativa al controllo qualità, inclusi report di analisi, ispezione e certificati di conformità
Gestione delle Non Conformità:
Identificare e analizzare tempestivamente le cause di eventuali non conformità in qualsiasi fase della produzione fino alla consegna del prodotto al cliente
Implementare azioni correttive e preventive efficaci, con la supervisione del Direttore Processi Industriali, per eliminare le non conformità e ottimizzare i processi
Collaborare in modo sinergico con tutti i team coinvolti per gestire i prodotti non conformi, minimizzando l'impatto e garantendo la tracciabilità
Miglioramento Continuo:
Monitorare e analizzare costantemente i dati relativi alla qualità per identificare aree di miglioramento e opportunità di innovazione
