SENIOR SYSTEM TESTING ENGINEER   ABOUT THE JOB Il/la System Test Engineer si occupa di assicurare l’esecuzione di prove a banco di sistema in ottica sviluppo e validazione di sistema, verificando la corrispondenza fra i requisiti e le prestazioni dei sistemi nel rispetto delle scadenze previste dai piani di sviluppo e delle normative di riferimento.   RESPONSABILITIES Garantire la definizione ed il miglioramento delle strategie e dei piani di validazione di sistemi meccatronici/sensori per le varie fasi di progetto, con particolare riferimento alle attività d'integrazione HW/SW/Meccanica; Garantire la realizzazione di nuove tipologie di banchi, la definizione di documenti, metodi, procedure, processi e strumenti specifici per l’area di sua competenza; Garantire la pianificazione, la preparazione e l’esecuzione delle prove di sviluppo e validazione di sistemi meccatronici/sensori su banchi HIL, nei tempi e modi stabiliti con il Responsabile di riferimento interfacciandosi con gli altri team coinvolti nel processo di sviluppo; Garantire la compilazione e la redazione delle relazioni di prova e della documentazione per la propria area di competenza; Garantire l'implementazione delle fasi di processo come stabilite dalle normative di riferimento, inclusa la produzione della documentazione di supporto, per la sua area di competenza; Garantire l’analisi degli scostamenti e la ricerca di possibili cause, proponendo eventuali soluzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo e assicurare una continua attività critica di controllo preventivo in termini di sicurezza, efficacia ed efficienza di sistema.   Il candidato ideale è in possesso di una laurea in Ingegneria elettronica, controllo, meccatronica, meccanica o del veicolo, ha un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, delle spiccate abilità relazionali, una propensione al lavoro in team ed è fortemente orientato a modalità di lavoro sul campo. E’ richiesta la conoscenza del tool Matlab, DOORS, Atlassian Jira, SVN, delle piattaforme HIL e relative toolchain Software. E’ inoltre richiesta la conoscenza degli standard ISO26262 ed ASpice.

Main activities and responsibilities: Pre-sales Develop the Pipeline for warehousing and transport opportunities (including Copacking) and identify contacts of potential and target customers, align with strategy [industry, products, geographies], open doors and start a relationship on local level. Tender management Go / No Go analysis (including fit with commercial policy). Identification of the key points to win. Set the priorities on tender quotations as per: Resources availability, Chances to win the tender, How the business fits with FM needs. Ensure that the tender process is organized in order to deliver the customer on time and coordinate the response with all relevant stakeholders and engage the required resources, in order to finalize the valued solution. Challenge all the quotations received by the solution engineers before the final approval of Operations (purchase costs, productivities, activity organization, real estate solution, etc..). Negotiate the offers incl bid closing with the support of the Managing director when needed and the contract with the customer after the business is awarded. Ensure full compliance during the tender process. Reporting Regularly update the pipeline status and take actions when needed. Support finance for Business Investment applications preparation / discussion for new business won. Marketing Press releases preparation together with the communication department. Participation in public events including public speeches. Writing articles to newspapers together with the communication department. Propose and develop the local marketing strategy in alignment with the company rules. Company presentations preparation & update. Show cases / references slides update. Communication Push and orient customer decisions. Pilot internal negotiations (Legal, financial, Corporate). Qualifications, personal and technical skills University Degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience with a Logistics Service provider in a similar role; deep warehousing and distribution operations knowledge and good knowledge and understanding of logistics processes and goods flows. Concept development / understanding based on customer requirements. Warehousing and distribution costs and their impact on the final budget. Understanding of IT/IS solutions.
