Per importante azienda, leader nel settore dei sistemi di controllo della temperatura stiamo ricercando un/una: PROJECT ENGINEER La nuova risorsa sarà inserita nel reparto R&D/UT. Si troverà a confrontarsi dal punto di vista progettuale con il responsabile R&D, con l’obiettivo di valutare differenti ipotesi progettuali prima di procedere con lo sviluppo e dovrà supportare i colleghi della Progettazione e dell’Assistenza Tecnica Cliente in tutto il processo di sviluppo del prodotto e nella fase di post vendita. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ Gestisce della documentazione tecnica di prodotto in ogni suo aspetto. Gestione del contatto con il cliente a livello di gestione assistenza tecnica pre e post vendita. Elaborazione report di prove e analisi. Effettuazione calcoli progettuali. REQUISITI La risorsa, a riporto diretto dell’R&D Manager, svolgerà le seguenti attività: Diploma e/o laurea in ambito tecnico (elettronico o elettrotecnico). Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in aziende operanti nel settore elettronico ed elettrotecnico. Competenze tecniche in ambito di progetti basati su microcontrollori, acquisizione segnali da sensoristica e standard industriali di comunicazione. Competenze elettroniche dal punto di vista digitale, analogico e parzialmente di potenza. Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di laboratorio. Conoscenza dei software di realizzazione di schede elettroniche e circuiti stampati. Conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico. Conoscenza della progettazione elettronica di base. Conoscenza delle normative, direttive e loro applicazione (FASCICOLO TECNICO, CE, LVD, RED, QUADRI, MACCHINE, UL, REACH, ROHS). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office. Ottima capacità di gestione, organizzazione e coordinazione del proprio lavoro in autonomia e in team. Iniziativa, intraprendenza, flessibilità. Potresti far parte del gruppo che ha sviluppato SENSIFY il pionieristico sistema frenante che integra l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire un’esperienza di guida unica, cosa aspetti?   JUNIOR CONTROL SOFTWARE ENGINEER   ABOUT THE JOB Il/la Control Software Engineer si occupa di assicurare l’attività di sviluppo software per i sistemi embedded utilizzati nei sistemi meccatronici, nel rispetto degli obiettivi del progetto in cui è coinvolto, nonché garantire che il design del software sia in linea con il processo di sviluppo individuato e con le normative di safety adottate.   RESPONSABILITIES Assicurare la definizione delle specifiche del software da implementare in coerenza con i requisiti di sistema e i requisiti concordati con i Clienti; Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL; Assicurare lo sviluppo di toolchain a supporto dell’automazione per la generazione del software e la sua compilazione; Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262); Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti; Eseguire attività di taratura dei controllori e degli stimatori implementati nel software mediante l’analisi di dati sperimentali ottenuti a banco o da simulazione.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria informatica / automazione; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, elettrodomestici, IOT o automazione industriale; Buona conoscenza nell’uso di Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow; Buona conoscenza della teoria dei controlli; Conoscenza base della programmazione in linguaggio C; Gradita la conoscenza della generazione di codice da modelli (dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder) e delle metodologie e strumenti di test e calibrazione di centraline elettroniche; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di versionamento del codice, issue tracking, gestione dei requisiti; Gradita la conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting, preferibilmente Python; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia.

Coordinamento delle attività di contenimento, root cause analysis e azioni correttive/preventive. Supporto durante audit cliente, visite ispettive o richieste di documentazione specifica (PPAP, PSW, IMDS). Collaborazione con R&D, produzione e qualità interna per assicurare il rispetto dei requisiti cliente. Partecipazione a team di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen, FMEA review, ecc.). Gestione della documentazione di qualità cliente secondo IATF 16949.   Requisiti: Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, dei Materiali o Gestionale). Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito qualità, preferibilmente in contatto diretto con clienti OEM/Tier 1. Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti qualità (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
