CUSTOMER CARE LOYALTY & CRM MANAGER
Sarà responsabile della definizione delle azioni di retention e dei programmi Loyalty in linea con le strategie marketing e di vendita tramite analisi della customer experience nei punti vendita e KPIs
Principali aree di responsabilità:
Progettare, aggiornare e mantenere programmi loyalty in collaborazione con agenzie esterne, assicurandone la corretta applicazione all’interno dei punti vendita;
Gestire le agenzie creative esterne che collaborano con l’Ufficio per la definizione di strategie e la realizzazione di contenuti dei programmi;
Garantire analisi strategiche in merito all’attuale clientela servita e al target prefissato, al fine di definire azioni di fidelizzazione, anche basate su competitor e sulle best practice/trend di mercato;
Analizzare metriche di performance dell’attuale panel di prodotti (Market e Somministrazione), con l’obiettivo di definire iniziative di retention e programmi fedeltà quali azioni promozionali e di scontistica, gadget omaggio, punti fedeltà, ecc.;
Monitorare le performance della campagna di loyalty presso i punti vendita attraverso l’analisi costante di KPIs, sondaggi e indagini verso la clientela e, ove necessario, progettare ed attuare azioni correttive;
Garantire il corretto indirizzamento e monitoraggio dei reclami e i quesiti provenienti dalla clientela e dagli Store Manager sui diversi canali in ottica di potenziare la customer retention e migliorare il servizio e i prodotti erogati;
Allineare periodicamente il Chief Customer Officer in merito alla performance delle campagne con reportistica e, ove necessario, effettuare azioni di escalation per la gestione di reclami ricorrenti e/o significativi.
Principali prerequisiti:
Conseguimento della Laurea Magistrale o Triennale;
Conoscenza e capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dei KPIs di riferimento;
Spiccata proattività, creatività e doti relazionali;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’ Disegna, valida e standardizza una roadmap di azioni di miglioramento al fine di garantire l’evoluzione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi di controllo qualità. Introduce nuovi KPI per misurare e monitorare l’efficacia dei progetti, l’andamento dei reclami e dello scarto interno. Garantisce la condivisione e l’aggiornamento continuo dei KPI individuati tramite una presenza diretta nell’area produttiva. Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…). As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required. Per un’importante azienda automotive, leader nel settore, ricerchiamo: HEAD OF LOGISTICS BU AFTERMARKET La risorsa, riportando al COO della Business Unit, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Assicurare la corretta gestione della catena di approvvigionamento per l’area Aftermarket worldwide, garantendo un tasso di rotazione ottimale delle scorte per tutti i prodotti nei magazzini AM e assicurando la corretta emissione di budget per tutte le attività logistiche (warehouse, handling, operation, freight in/put) nel rispetto del budget assegnato. Assicurare l’emissione di piani produttivi mensili verso i fornitori interni ed esterni per il replenishment dei prodotti nei magazzini, garantendo la gestione dei provider logistici esterni al fine di ottenere alte performance di servizio e il rispetto del lead time nei confronti del cliente. Proporre le azioni necessarie in ambito logistico per il raggiungimento dei target, il miglioramento delle attività e dei processi interni/esterni, individuando possibili savings. Assicurare infine il coordinamento di tutte le attività riguardanti i processi di verniciatura, marcatura e packaging oltre che la gestione degli aspetti doganali e contrattuali relative agli icoterms.
