As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical sparring. The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required. Daily tasks - Handle inquiries from colleagues when their IT is creating problems - Prepare PCs and phones for new colleagues - Guide users about processes and how to use the Microsoft 365 applications - Work with colleagues in the company HQ and escalate if necessary - Order new hardware and manage local software licenses Skills required - High level of written and oral English - Fluent in Italian - Relevant Microsoft certifications or training is preferable such as for Windows 10, Microsoft 365 - Good understanding of ITIL processes or relevant certifications/trainings - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both technical and non-technical - A high level of patience and a service mindset - A good sense of humour and a structured approach to work Availability to travel 1/2 days per week
Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a: BUYER Riportando direttamente alla Direzione Generale, gestirà in autonomia le attività di scouting e selezione fornitori, le contrattazioni ed il budget d’acquisto. Principali aree di responsabilità: Gestione dell’approvvigionamento di materie prime, semilavorati, prodotti finiti, materiale di confezionamento e servizi, secondo il piano di produzione aziendale, nei tempi corretti ed al minor costo possibile; Ricerca costante sul mercato di nuovi fornitori in base alle esigenze di produzione e di sviluppo dei progetti; Effettuare le operazioni amministrative necessarie alla gestione degli ordini, al sollecito, al controllo e all’inventario delle materie prime e del loro confezionamento; Mantenimento di costanti collegamenti con i Responsabili di Produzione, il Responsabile dell’Ufficio Tecnico ed i Responsabili di Progetto (PM), ai fini di fissare gli standard dei prodotti da acquistare; Gestione dell’archivio Ufficio Acquisti nonché della distribuzione delle varie statistiche aziendali secondo le procedure aziendali, gestione file dei fornitori e aggiornamenti data base; Effettuare mensilmente l’inventario fisico controllando le giacenze fisiche con quelle contabili in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Produzione; Gestionde dei contratti con fornitori Italia e esteri; Ricerca di fiere del settore per tipologie di materiale, visita alle fiere e selezione delle campionature; Controllo dei budget di commessa in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Commessa (PM); Servizio logistico presso i clienti ed ottimizzazione del servizio logistico fornitori; Valutazione dei fornitori avvalendosi, quando necessario, di visite conoscitive presso di essi; Monitoraggio fornitori circa il rispetto dei tempi di consegna, costi e standard qualitativi dei termini contrattuali.
