Potresti far parte del gruppo che ha sviluppato SENSIFY il pionieristico sistema frenante che integra l’intelligenza artificiale per offrire un’esperienza di guida unica, cosa aspetti?                                             SENIOR HARDWARE ENGINEER ABOUT THE JOB L’Hardware Engineer si occupa di assicurare il corretto sviluppo del design dell’elettronica nei sistemi meccatronici, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi per i progetti in cui è coinvolto/a. RESPONSABILITIES Garantire la definizione delle specifiche hardware dei sistemi meccatronici in accordo all’analisi delle specifiche cliente. Assicurare lo sviluppo, e la pianificazione di test di accettazione, controllo e validazione per i sistemi meccatronici inclusi tutti i sistemi provenienti da fornitori esterni. Garantire, in accordo con il proprio Responsabile, la definizione del tipo di strumentazione elettronica necessaria allo sviluppo e al testing dei sistemi meccatronici. Selezionare componenti per cablaggi automotive, fare il design di sistemi di connessione, seguire la prototipazione ed il debug. Selezionare componenti e elaborare soluzioni tecniche finalizzate al design di circuiti elettronici, di potenza e di segnale. Gestire in autonomia il laboratorio di lavorazione hardware per interventi di riparazione o modifica delle centraline. Assicurare la ricerca di soluzioni a eventuali anomalie, per la parte elettronica, sui prototipi prodotti internamente a fronte di segnalazioni provenienti dai Clienti. REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria elettronica Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, IOT o automazione industriale Gradita esperienza in ambito di sviluppo hardware dei sistemi embedded con microcontrollori, driver per motori elettrici e interfacce di comunicazione Buona conoscenza di tool per il CAD elettronico (tipo OrCAD) Buona conoscenza di tool per la simulazione circuitale (tipo pSpice) Gradita la conoscenza della metodologia FMEA Gradita la conoscenza delle tematiche hardware legate alla functional safety (ISO 26262) Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di issue tracking e gestione dei requisiti Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia

For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. Welding Engineer Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile della progettazione, implementazione e ottimizzazione dei processi di saldatura, garantendo la conformità ai requisiti tecnici, qualitativi e di costo stabiliti, per tutti gli stabilimenti del Gruppo, a livello mondiale (trasferte 50%). Responsabilità principali: Garantire la conformità delle linee di saldatura a tempi, costi e specifiche interne/cliente. Supportare la definizione della fattibilità e delle tolleranze prodotto in relazione ai processi di saldatura. Definire specifiche tecniche e valutare proposte dei fornitori per supportare il Purchasing. Collaborare con il reparto R&D e i fornitori per la realizzazione di macchinari e attrezzature. Supervisionare l’installazione e l’avviamento delle linee di saldatura presso gli stabilimenti produttivi. Risolvere problematiche durante le fasi di progettazione, sviluppo, installazione e start-up. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Automobilistica.
