Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL e prove su veicolo. Garantire lo sviluppo degli algoritmi di controllo e delle logiche di stima della dinamica del veicolo. Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262). Eseguire, in collaborazione con il team di prove strada, le attività di integrazione e calibrazione del software e supporta le attività di validazione su veicolo (in officina, su strada e in pista). Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria informatica / automazione / meccanica; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, o IOT; Buona conoscenza nell’uso di Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow; Buona conoscenza della teoria dei controlli, applicata a veicoli terrestri; Gradita la conoscenza della generazione di codice da modelli (dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder) e delle metodologie e strumenti di test e calibrazione di centraline elettroniche; Gradita una conoscenza base della programmazione in linguaggio C; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di versionamento del codice, issue tracking, gestione dei requisiti; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia.

Manage Price List for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Negotiate Costs for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Analyze costs finish product. Analyze incidence costs of components. Estimate in advance costs and alternative scenarios. Collaboration with industrialization team to find constructive alternative. Collaboration with merchandising and development team to find solution and respect target margins. Check and analysis of cost sheet of finish product received from the suppliers ( woman and man collection for all categories). Maintaining Cost Accounting System PLM. Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports. Requirements Bachelor / Master Degree Working proficiency in Italian and English (French knowledge is a plus) Knowledge of PLM is a plus Problem solving Analytical and negotiation skills Collaboration and team work aptitude Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) At least 5 years in similar role

Key Responsibilities: Manage tax matters at both domestic and international levels, including VAT and customs duties. Oversee tax benefits (e.g., Patent Box, R&D credits) and handle tax reimbursement processes. Provide support to the Group companies during tax audits, assessments, and related matters. Deliver comprehensive tax services in compliance with local and international regulations, ensuring timely submissions. Participate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance documentation. Play a key role in budgeting and reporting processes for Group companies. Identify, develop, and implement tax-saving opportunities in both direct and indirect taxation areas. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing adjustments. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Law degree or Accounting qualification. A Master's degree in Tax Law is a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in tax advisory or corporate tax roles, ideally within an international environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in tax software, Excel, and Word. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling complex tax matters. Ownership and accountability in managing tasks and delivering results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Languages: Fluent in English. French knowledge is an advantage.

For a leading Tier 1 multinational company in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:   AUTOMATION ENGINEER   The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:   To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis To collaborate with Product Design for the tools feasibility To manage the investments of the machinery / tools ensuring the adherence of the spending according to the foreseen cost in the offer phase To define the supplier activities schedule for each machinery / tools, consistently with the overall product development Gantt. To monitor the construction progress status, visiting periodically the supplier site and defining, in case of deviations, suitable recovery action plans agreed with Process Leaders To ensure the supervision of the technical test of the machinery / tools at the supplier site, verifying the compliance with technical requirements and expected cycle time target; to give the approval for the machinery / tools transfer to the manufacturing plant according to the existing acceptance rules To define the typology and the amount of materials and auxiliary tooling that are necessary for the testing of the machinery To manage machinery / tools modification and tuning after each test To organize, in case of specific dedicated project, the FMEA process in order to identify the quality risk of the product and put in place the automatic controls To guarantee the availability of make components (by soft or hard tooling) consistently with the product development plan To coordinate the machinery / tools handover to the manufacturing plant coordinating the activities related to the industrial trials in collaboration with the plant To coordinate the installation and acceptance and of the machinery/tooling, monitoring and confirming its capability with the plant Production Engineering for the final approval To provide the plant Production Engineering with the technical data (machine guide, utilization manual, spare parts list,..) concerning the new machinery / tools , supporting them in the training of the involved associates To collaborate in the definition of the required actions to set up the area of the installation of the machine ( including water, air, electric energy ,..) and to guarantee the legal and safety compliance To collaborate in the preparation of the preventive maintenance sheets/plan and manual To collaborate with the Production Engineering of the plant in the machinery modification and improvements.
