La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione e dello sviluppo del layout della sala macchine, degli impianti di propulsione e dell’impiantistica ausiliare correlata. Principali Responsabilità: Identificazione e scelta di soluzioni tecniche idonee a soddisfare i requisiti richiesti in fase di definizione e sviluppo del nuovo prodotto; Sviluppo della progettazione di sistemi propulsivi navali e dell’impiantistica di bordo in conformità ai requisiti dimensionali, prestazionali e normativi vigenti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche programmate; Definizione dei requisiti tecnici richiesti per parti del prodotto e componenti; Gestione Distinta Base di ogni nuovo prodotto con dettagli e specifiche; Resident Engineer per il sito produttivo designato; Supporto al Project Engineer durante la realizzazione e la messa in servizio dei prototipi recependo eventuali problematiche realizzative; Supporto all’Area Industriale, all’ente Qualità ed alla funzione After Sales nel mantenimento e nel miglioramento delle commesse; Supervisione dei fornitori; Sviluppo del know-how specifico di competenza della piattaforma, con svolgimento di ricerca di base e apporto di innovazione. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Navale o Meccanica; Esperienza nel campo delle commesse navali e in area di progettazione; Conoscenza tool di progettazione (Rhinoceros, Microstation); Conoscenza normative ISO e norme Registri Navali; Attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving.   Sede di lavoro: Emilia – Romagna o Marche

Welding Engineer Il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile della progettazione, implementazione e ottimizzazione dei processi di saldatura, garantendo la conformità ai requisiti tecnici, qualitativi e di costo stabiliti, per tutti gli stabilimenti del Gruppo, a livello mondiale (trasferte 50%). Responsabilità principali: Garantire la conformità delle linee di saldatura a tempi, costi e specifiche interne/cliente. Supportare la definizione della fattibilità e delle tolleranze prodotto in relazione ai processi di saldatura. Definire specifiche tecniche e valutare proposte dei fornitori per supportare il Purchasing. Collaborare con il reparto R&D e i fornitori per la realizzazione di macchinari e attrezzature. Supervisionare l’installazione e l’avviamento delle linee di saldatura presso gli stabilimenti produttivi. Risolvere problematiche durante le fasi di progettazione, sviluppo, installazione e start-up. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Automobilistica. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in una posizione analoga. Inglese fluente. Competenze trasversali: Problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in team. For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Verify that all selected raw materials are correctly sourced from reliable suppliers and that these are working according to the Company’s Social Compliance Guidelines and global Regulations in accordance with Environment, use of chemical products etc. Manage the Supplier Portfolio for each category and look for the most adequate suppliers according to their savoir-faire in order to guarantee quality, deliveries and innovation. T Define quality parameters of the material enrichment techniques for the production with supplier and in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Team. Promote the suppliers research to enlarge materials market knowledge. Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions and will transfer the information to the Development and Raw Materials Procurement Team. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. PFMEA, PCP, WI, PPAP procedures; - Solid knowledge of Maintenance processes in terms of TPM, AM and PM; - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; - Collaborative approach with high adaptability to major changes in work tasks, high communication skills, to achieve customer and internal objectives.
