Per prestigiosa realtà imprenditoriale di stampo multinazionale, leader del settore Automotive stiamo ricercando un/una:   Treasury Manager   Il/La Candidato/a, inserito nell’Ente Finance a riporto del CFO, avrà il compito di assicurare la liquidità aziendale e la stabilità finanziaria mediante lo viluppo di report e previsioni. Sarà responsabile delle attività correlate a prestiti, cambi, operazioni di tesoreria e gestione del rischio finanziario. Gestirà i rapporti bancari, in coordinamento con il Management.   PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’ Predispone le previsioni del flusso di cassa, i relativi fabbisogni finanziari e i fondi disponibili per gli investimenti; Predispone le previsioni della posizione finanziaria; Analizza le differenze effettive rispetto alle previsioni; Prepara report finanziari settimanali e mensili; Fornisce raccomandazioni alla direzione in merito a questioni di tesoreria Gestisce i saldi giornalieri di cassa e debito, inclusa la tesoreria interaziendale Gestisce l'indebitamento bancario a breve e lungo termine Svolge attività di gestione del rischio relative a questioni finanziarie (liquidità, tassi di interesse, tassi di cambio valute, ecc.); Negozia prestiti e agevolazioni con le banche e gestisce i rapporti bancari; Assicura la conformità con i controlli interni, le politiche e le procedure relative a materie di tesoreria Si coordina con i vari dipartimenti coinvolti nelle attività (Tesorerie Locali / Contabilità fornitori /Contabilità clienti/Controllo finanziario); Sovrintende allo svolgimento quotidiano delle attività di gestione della liquidità (riconciliazioni contabili, pagamenti ai creditori, scritture contabili, ecc.)   COMPETENZE Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Laurea Magistrale in Economia o Finanza; Pregressa esperienza di almeno tre anni in area Tesoreria; Solida comprensione dell'analisi finanziaria Familiarità con gli IFRS Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese conoscenza di adeguati pacchetti software di contabilità, finanza e tesoreria Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli aziendali   SEDE DI LAVORO: Provincia Monza e Brianza

Per importante azienda, leader nel settore dei sistemi di controllo della temperatura stiamo ricercando un/una: RESPONSABILE R&D - REPARTO ELETTROMECCANICA La nuova risorsa sarà inserita nella Funzione R&D/UT e si occuperà di sviluppare il Reparto Elettromeccanica gestendo lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti ed il miglioramento di quelli esistenti, seguendo in prima persona tutto il processo di sviluppo del prodotto e la fase di post vendita in collaborazione con i colleghi della Progettazione e dell’Assistenza Tecnica Cliente. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ Responsabile della progettazione di ventilatori tangenziali/centrifughi e di estrattori d'aria da parete o torrini di estrazione presidiando le seguenti attività: dimensionamento aeraulico, dimensionamento meccanico, dimensionamento elettrico, studio della linea di produzione e collaudo. Valutazione delle proposte dei fornitori di motori elettrici nel caso in cui vengano acquistati da terze parti. Progettazione di motori elettrici (sia brushless che tradizionali) inclusa la ricerca e la gestione dei potenziali fornitori. Ottimizzazione delle linee di produzione (Reparto meccanica ed elettromeccanica) e collaudo con l'obiettivo di incrementare il livello di automazione attuale. Attività di progettazione e avviamento alla produzione di elementi meccanici / elettromeccanici. Supporto all'Assistenza Tecnica relativamente ai prodotti di ventilazione / meccanica / elettromeccanica. Collaborazione con i colleghi del reparto elettromeccanica (produzione, disegnatori, assistenza tecnica). REQUISITI Diploma e/o laurea in ambito tecnico (preferibilmente indirizzo meccanica o elettromeccanica). Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in aziende operanti nella produzione di sistemi di ventilazione industriale. Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico e della progettazione 2D e 3D. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office. Ottima capacità di gestione, organizzazione e coordinazione del proprio lavoro in autonomia e in team. The role ensures design robustness, compliance with CSR requirements, and correct design intent according to Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles. Main activities and responsibilities: Product Design & Technical Ownership Lead product design using advanced CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Catia/Siemens NX) for 3D modelling, assemblies, 2D drawings, GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. Define concept design with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly, considering molding, welding and cost constraints. Define technical specifications, interfaces, materials and functional requirements of components and assemblies.
