We are looking for an important company (Genova) a Luxury Food&Beverage Buyer   JOB PURPOSE The Luxury F&B Buyer ensures the satisfactory completion of F&B purchasing agreements and assists the Purchasing Manager in ensuring the best combination of quality, price and delivery ratio. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Identifies and evaluates suppliers - communicates with them in order to achieve the best markets conditions; • Sources F&B products for the Luxury vessels, following Company guidelines and indications while liasing with the F&B purchasing team; • Negotiates luxury F&B products worldwide, verifying delivery conditions with Logistics department; • Analyses suppliers' quotations and contract bids, verifying and negotiating contract terms, such as price, quality and delivery conditions; • Manages and builds appropriate relationships with suppliers, developing strategic partnership and projects; • Keeps up to date with luxury F&B market trends, proactively suggesting innovative solutions and products, and using market research to strategically plan future purchases; • Prepares reports and maintain accurate records; • Proactively works with Logistics and Warehouse, coordinating delivery operations to the vessels; QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years; • Experience in the F&B sector and comprehensive understanding of F&B strategic sourcing and market trends • Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage; • Good Excel skills, knowledge of procurement e-platforms is an advantage; • Degree in Economics, Gastronomic Sciences, Procurement management, Business management; • Strong ability to analyse and interpret quotation data and logistics options; • Very good negotiating & communication skills; • Ability to work as part of a team; • Availability to travel (20%); VISA REQUIREMENTS • EU passport;

Direct cooperation with a team of colleagues responsible for the other areas of Guest Experience (Meet & Greet, Hospitality, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, ). For an Important client with HQ in Italy (FMCG Sector), we are looking for a FINANCE DIRECTOR GERMANY&AUSTRIA cluster. Reporting to the Cluster Managing Director, this role is part of the senior leadership team which has a collective responsibility to lead the organisation and oversee the implementation of local and global strategy throughout the cluster. Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring decisions are aligned with the groups strategic direction and based on sound data, ensuring any risks are managed. Driving profitable growth, where possible anticipating opportunities/risks, providing data led recommendations and ensuring there are decisive accountable action plans and lead on Finance components of projects. Partnering  with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally locally and in Itally HQ, to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to the organisation.
