On behalf of our client, a global leader in the hearing care retail industry, we are currently looking for a : REGIONAL INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER Reporting to Chief Internal Audit &amp and Risk Management Officer (based in Italy), the person will be responsible for the execution and the supervision of the activities related to the annual Internal Audit Plan of the Region. Main responsibilities: Within the Internal Audit & Risk Management department, the candidate will be performing the support in the definition of the risk-based Audit Plan for the region; Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of audits and assessments, leading teams composed by both internal resources and/or external consultants, to be carried out within the Region as well as in other Regions/Countries where the Group operates; Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of follow-up audits, assessing the implementation of the corrective measures set in the audit reports and agreed upon with the owners of the audited processes; Coordinate the continuous monitoring process in order to ensure that the implementation of the action plans included in the audit reports meets the deadlines; Provide value-adding advice and expertise on various aspects of the audit processes and internal controls, not only in favor of the Internal Audit & Risk Management Department but also, when requested, to all Group Departments, especially at regional level; Analyze in detail business areas and processes in order to support the management in the identification and evaluation of the main risks and internal controls; Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, by adopting appropriate communication styles with all levels of the organization and remaining open to other opinions or new ideas; Write meaningful reports and presentations; Be always updated on the latest professional evolution and share best practices, tools and testing methodologies, contributing to the projects and evolution of the Internal Audit & Risk Management Department. Main requirements: MsC in Economics/Business Management; Proven professional experience in enterprise risk management; At least 5 years of professional experience with a primary accounting/consulting firm and/or a risk management function in a multinational Company; Knowledge of risk and control frameworks; Analytical and technical skills; Willingness to travel (up to 40%); Experience in working in a diverse multi-cultural environment; Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken). La risorsa gestirà la negoziazione con i fornitori concordando le condizioni commerciali, seguendo un approccio di Total Cost of Ownership approach (TCO). Per storica realtà del settore dell’impiantistica navale, oggi parte di un importante player multinazionale, stiamo ricercando un/una   RESPONSABILE TECNICO PROGETTAZIONE IMPIANTI   La figura, inserito in un Team di Progettazione, avrà il compito di monitorare la progettazione di Base di impianti frigoriferi per l’esecuzione di progetti e la predisposizione della documentazione tecnica ad essi relativa.   In particolare la figura si occuperà di:   Eseguire la progettazione (calcoli e disegni) preliminare ed esecutiva delle commesse in acquisizione; Redigere le Distinte base; Gestire le relazioni e la comunicazione con gli uffici tecnici del cliente; Gestire le relazioni interne con l’uff. acquisti e l’uff. commerciale Seguire dal punto di vista tecnico-programmatico lo sviluppo della progettazione esecutiva interfacciandosi con i responsabili del progetto in cantiere. Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…).  Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the risk assessment of new vehicle under development Manage the analysis of opened issues (including Development, Test Drive and Field) including the corrective actions to solve the issue Prepare the report by involving the Vehicle Regulation Team in case of field issue which could cause an action on field.   Analyse the drawings ensuring the fully alignment to the technical specification prescribed.  Analyse BOM (Bill of Material)  Actively participate to the design review.  Actively participate to prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Prepare along with Cross Functional Team the action plan to improve the reliability products Monitor Quality deliverables (KPI) vs Target defined per each Program Gate. Define and lead the corrective actions to achieve the Quality Target defined for the vehicle under development. Prepare the Quality KPI reporting.   Skills and Requirements   Master’s degree in mechanic/automotive/mechatronic engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in automotive experience  Deep knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D discipline and problem solving methodology) and IATF 16949 Able to organize and prioritize completion of assigned tasks.
