PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ Gestione dell'attuale parco fornitori nel rispetto degli standard di capacità produttiva, di costo, di qualità e di livello del servizio reso; Revisione del parco fornitori tramite attività di scouting: sviluppare gli acquisti nelle fasi di ricerca di nuovi fornitori con la responsabilità di far rispettare gli obiettivi in termini di qualità/costi/tempistiche; Coordinamento del Team Acquisti in funzione del raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati; Conduzione delle trattative e dell'approvvigionamento dei materiali necessari alla produzione nel rispetto delle procedure e certificazioni aziendali; Gestione dei rapporti tra gli acquisti, la funzione commerciale e le funzioni tecniche interne, quali R&D, Qualità e Produzione; Predisposizione dell'attività di reportistica e rendicontazione concordata con la Direzione e con la casa-madre, nonché predisposizione del Budget degli acquisti, revisione degli obiettivi con Forecast trimestrali, analisi degli eventuali scostamenti e relativa rendicontazione; Piani di saving. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer.
