Il candidato sarà responsabile del coordinamento dei progetti di prodotti stampati (Cataloghi, Libri, Packaging, Luxury Boxes, Gifting) e della supervisione dell’intero processo di produzione, dall’analisi del Brief, fino alla realizzazione del prodotto finito. Dovrà assicurarsi che i progetti vengano portati a termine in tempo e secondo le richieste del cliente, interfacciandosi sia con fornitori che con altri membri del team.
Mansioni e aree di responsabilità:
• Gestione dei progetti supervisionando l’intero flusso produttivo
• Capire appieno le esigenze del cliente e creare un piano dettagliato per ogni progetto
• Supervisionare tutte le fasi del progetto lavorando a stretto contatto con il team locale
• Gestire il parco fornitori locali assicurandosi di completare i progetti nei tempi e secondo le specifiche prestabilite
• Guidare i fornitori nell’utilizzo delle tecniche di produzione più adatte ad ogni situazione
• Supervisionare prototipazione e produzione coordinando fornitori ed interfacciandosi con il team locale
• Risolvere bottleneck di produzione riguardanti prototipi e prodotti finiti
• Assicurarsi della qualità dei prodotti finiti in base alle specifiche fornite dal cliente
Competenze e qualità necessarie:
• Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di stampa (offset, serigrafia, stampa a caldo ecc.)
• Conoscenza delle materie prime, delle finiture, e dei supporti cartacei e non
• Conoscenza del flusso produttivo e dei processi organizzativi di un’azienda di stampa
• Minima conoscenza di prestampa e dei programmi correlati (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat ecc.)
• Conoscenza di cartotecnica e legatoria
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Spirito di adattamento
• Abilità di problem solving e capacità di portare a termine progetti

The candidate should have an entrepreneurial and intercultural personality with clear focus on results, both in operations and business development. Skills and requirements: Degree in Engineering, an additional General Management qualification would be an advantage; Fluent knowledge of English language, French is a plus; Several years of professional experience as a generalist, managing autonomous business units or divisions with P&L-responsibility in Italy; Used to reporting duties and forecasting. Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions. DIGITAL SITE MANAGER We are looking for a DigITal Site Manager for south Turin area.
