Descrizione Per azienda cliente, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore food & beverage, con oltre 70 stabilimenti produttivi e una presenza consolidata in Europa, Nord America e Australia, si ricerca un/una: Plant Finance & Administration Specialist Attività principali La risorsa, inserita nello stabilimento di Sulmona e riportando al Plant Controller, si occuperà di: Monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI di stabilimento (produzione, efficienza, qualità, ambiente e sicurezza). Supporto alla pianificazione e al coordinamento del budget e forecast. Analisi e controllo dei costi di produzione, manutenzione, energia, materiali, personale. Redazione di report finanziari e analisi degli scostamenti, a supporto delle decisioni tattiche e strategiche del plant. Collaborazione con le funzioni centrali di Controllo di Gestione e con i responsabili di reparto. Gestione delle attività amministrative dello stabilimento (creazione fornitori, richieste di acquisto, rapporti con ADM). Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o titolo equivalente. 2–4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di controllo di gestione, preferibilmente in ambito food & beverage o manifatturiero. Esperienza nell’utilizzo di KPI e reporting finanziario. Ottima conoscenza di Excel e familiarità con ERP (SAP o AS400). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sviluppo e consolidamento della gamma prodotti presso i clienti. Interfaccia con tutte le funzioni aziendali e la casa madre. Analisi della marginalità dei prodotti. Reportistica periodica. Aggiornamento continuo delle proprie conoscenze, migliorando costantemente le tecniche di vendita e l’ambito di applicazione dei prodotti Aziendali. Riferimento dei clienti strategici del Gruppo nella propria area di competenza. Inoltre sarà attento all’individuazione dei clienti e della loro segmentazione, partendo dall’analisi del posizionamento del prodotto alle politiche di comunicazione condivise con la Direzione Business Development. REQUISITI Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccatronica o Elettronica. Esperienza consolidata di almeno 10 anni presso realtà industriali strutturate e modernamente organizzate. Conoscenza di applicazioni nell’impiantistica/Azionamenti dei prodotti VFD (Drives) e Motori elettrici. Esperienza nell’utilizzo di SAP. Conoscenza della lingua inglese (liv B-C1/2). Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare Excel. Disponibilità a trasferte. Completano il profilo doti analitiche, capacità di lavorare in gruppo e di raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati.
