MAINTENANCE MANAGER – Manufacturing Plant For a prestigious multinational group operating in the automotive and industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization of a manufacturing plant located in the Province of Verona (Italy). The role will be responsible for managing all plant maintenance activities, coordinating a team of approximately 30 technicians and supervisors, and driving the evolution from a reactive maintenance approach to a structured preventive and predictive maintenance model. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the plant maintenance team (mechanical and electrical). • Analyze plant performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. • Prioritize maintenance interventions according to production needs. • Manage spare parts warehouse and maintenance resources. • Define maintenance KPIs and monitor plant performance (MTBF, MTTR, OEE). • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / TPM / WCM methodologies. • Support CAPEX projects related to plant reliability and equipment upgrades. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. • Collaborate closely with Plant Management, Production and Central Functions. As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical sparring. The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required. For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Head of Global Commercial & Sales Controlling, reporting to the Group Administration, Control & Indirect Procurement Director and partnering Commercial function, leading all commercial controlling aspects, for all the markets where the Company operates, and for all the sales channels (Direct Retail, Franchising, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Licensing).
