Per primaria realtà multinazionale Tier 1 del settore Automotive, stiamo ricercando un/una:   TEAM LEADER PROGETTAZIONE MECCANICA   La risorsa, inserita nell’Ente R&D a riporto del Responsabile Progettazione, avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare sistemi integrati secondo le specifiche del Cliente, coordinando il Team di progetto. PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Analizzare le specifiche del cliente e definire i componenti funzionali necessari; Impostare il progetto preliminare e di dettaglio; Definire la BOM tecnica; Organizzare e guidare il team per la DFMEA; Analizzare i report prestazionali; Collaborare e supportare gli altri enti aziendali (qualità, tecnologie, produzione) durante la fase di Industrializzazione. REQUISITI Laurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico; Ottima conoscenza della progettazione CAD e Catia; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Capacità di gestire più progetti simultaneamente; Capacità di lavorare in gruppo; Pluriennale esperienza nella progettazione meccanica di HVAC ; Conoscenza della progettazione di particolari da stampaggio plastico ad iniezione; Gradite precedenti esperienze lavorative all’estero. Caratteristiche Personali: Esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi, necessariamente presso aziende operanti nel settore dei componenti per l’Agricolture; Conoscenza approfondita del mercato e dei principali players a livello mondo; Gestione di contratti internazionali; Conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradito il francese.   Completano il profilo una forte attitudine al problem solving, capacità decisionali, team building, leadership e forti doti manageriali.

Proven experience in designing and developing manufacturing processes and systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication and CNC processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
