Industrializzazione Definire i cicli di produzione e le attrezzature necessarie al lancio di nuovi prodotti e/o per iniziative di cost reduction. Principali requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria. Esperienza minima di 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente su impianti automatizzati e sistemi di controllo industriale (PLC, SCADA, sensori IoT) e materiali plastici. Conoscenza dei sistemi di automazione industriale e strumenti di monitoraggio dei processi. Familiarità con normative di sicurezza industriale e ambientale. Capacità di analizzare dati di processo e ottimizzare parametri produttivi. Conoscenza di Lean Manufacturing, TPM e strumenti di miglioramento continuo Manageriali, CAD/CAM, Process Validation, Six Sigma, Controllo statistico di processo (SPC) Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari (produzione, manutenzione, R&D).
