For a company, part of a multinational group, operating in the production of injectors, pumps, and valves with applications in the naval, railway, and power plant sectors, we are looking for a: PLANT CONTROLLER MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost models. Month, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / P&L analysis. Prepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements. Reporting package. Detailed cost analysis (volumes, variable-fix costs, yields, variances, OWC and capex) Product calculations. Tariffs calculation based on cost driver and key allocation. Develop and ensure that standard costs are accurate and meet the cost improvement objectives set by Operations. OVH spending suitability. Margin analysis by product. KPI’s elaboration required financial metrics to meet. Work closely with manufacturing and warehousing leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate and timely. Perform frequent walk-throughs of local manufacturing site with Plant Manager to address production and costing issues. Business partner for Operations, Engineering, and other relevant functional leaders, provider of important information and analysis to drive decisions. Ensure inventory management program accuracy is effective and timely, analysis of inventory levels and days inventory on-hand (DIO) to ensure they meet ISC/Operations targets. Assure overall financial performance with expectations. Continuous improvement project analysis. Ensure ongoing proper transactions and controls are in place in the facility so that accurate costing and profit analysis can be performed. Data collection and analysis maintenance. Prepares, administers and monitors plant procedures. COMPETENCES: Degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, Business, Education, Manufacturing, Business/Administration, Business School. Previous working experience in the manufacturing industry/environment. IT skills: MS office, ERP, MRP package system, PBI. Fluent in English. LOCATION: Brescia area

Conoscenza degli elementi di base relativi alla pianificazione della realizzazione del prodotto/ processo (APQP, PPAP, FMEA). Conoscenza dei Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità e delle Norme UNI ES ISO 9001:2015, UNI ES ISO 14001:2015 e UNI EN ISO 45001:2018, nonché dei requisiti IATF 16949:2016. La figura contribuirà attivamente all’attuazione della strategia aziendale, coordinando attività e progetti trasversali. Principali responsabilità Sviluppare e gestire il piano retroattivo stagionale per ogni collezione, assicurando una corretta pianificazione delle fasi di industrializzazione, pre-produzione e lancio. Coordinare le riunioni settimanali di avanzamento con tutte le funzioni coinvolte, sia in sede che nei siti produttivi, per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e dei volumi. Supervisionare la pianificazione e il monitoraggio dei progetti strategici aziendali, compresi piano triennale, roadmap annuale, budget e progetti di trasformazione. Garantire la corretta esecuzione delle fasi principali dei progetti, nel rispetto delle scadenze. Organizzare e gestire le riunioni periodiche di avanzamento. Redigere e comunicare report di avanzamento progetti alla Direzione Industriale e al top management. Assicurare coerenza e qualità nelle presentazioni aziendali collegate alle iniziative in corso. Requisiti Esperienza di almeno 5-6 anni in ambito operations all’interno di contesti industriali strutturati. Costituisce titolo preferenziale la provenienza dal settore moda o lusso. Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o titolo equivalente. Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e attività simultanee in ambienti dinamici. Precisione, organizzazione, proattività e flessibilità operativa. Spiccate doti analitiche e attitudine al problem solving. Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità comunicative. Ottima padronanza di SAP e del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese.
