RESPONSABILITIES Garantire il contributo alla generazione di soluzioni tecniche per prodotti innovativi, seguendone le fasi di sviluppo, a partire dagli incontri di brainstorming fino alla stesura e successivo deposito dei brevetti. Assicurare l’esecuzione di calcoli di impostazione e di dimensionamento per componenti e sistemi; di studi, modelli e disegni mediante l’ausilio di sistemi CAD/PDM, di progetti complessi. Garantire una prima analisi degli scostamenti rispetto agli obiettivi di progetto prefissati, proponendo proattivamente soluzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo. Collaborare con gli enti che contribuiscono alla realizzazione e validazione del prodotto in modo sinergico al fine di garantire un processo di sviluppo efficace ed efficiente. Redigere, in collaborazione con gli altri enti R&D e con gli eventuali fornitori, le specifiche meccaniche di sistema, prodotto, componente al fine di garantire il soddisfacimento dei requisiti. Assicurare la realizzazione e la manutenzione della FMEA di progetto e di processo.
