Mission: The candidate will coordinate Production, Quality and Logistics functions of each plant, reporting to the General Manager / Managing Director. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants. Coordinates the two manufacturing plants' short-term and long-term planning, KPIs, and operating procedures. Ensures proper inventory management and allocation of resources, as well as the continuous improvement of the production processes and the flow of incoming material to feed the production processes, together with the respective plant production managers. Manage production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring and evaluating operational effectiveness. Propose changes to the effects necessary to improve the viability and quality of the products.
