For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group leader in his sector, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering & Maintenance departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employe Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering and Maintenance Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. PFMEA, PCP, WI, PPAP procedures; - Solid knowledge of Maintenance processes in terms of TPM, AM and PM; - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; - Collaborative approach with high adaptability to major changes in work tasks, high communication skills, to achieve customer and internal objectives. For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Verify that all selected raw materials are correctly sourced from reliable suppliers and that these are working according to the Company’s Social Compliance Guidelines and global Regulations in accordance with Environment, use of chemical products etc. Manage the Supplier Portfolio for each category and look for the most adequate suppliers according to their savoir-faire in order to guarantee quality, deliveries and innovation. La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e sujpervisionare tutte le attività produttive ed i cantieri ed in particolare dei seguenti task: - Assegnare i cantieri agli assistenti tecnici - Pianificare puntualmente, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali di riferimento, gli interventi sui cantieri considerando le risorse disponibili (Personale, Procurement, Macchine e      Attrezzature); - Definire la gestione operativa del Budget; - Coordinare operativamente e organizzativamente le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici; - Supervisionare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, lo staffing delle risorse, la gestione dei materiali e dei mezzi; - Valutare l’esecuzione dei lavori tramite il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti; - Supportare in logica di crisis management gli interventi su tutte le attività bloccanti o ad elevata priorità per il conseguimento dei lavori; - Risolvere, di concerto con l'Area Tecnica, eventuali problematiche prima e durante l'esecuzione dei lavori.
