Per Azienda italiana che opera nel mercato nazionale di infrastrutture di rete, Consea sta ricercando un/a HSEQ Manager La persona, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato, avrà la responsabilità di sovrintendere, coordinare e gestire i temi Health, Safety and Enviroment e Quality, implementando e mantenendo i processi aziendali, in ottica di miglioramento continuo. Principali responsabilità:  si occuperà di fornire indicazioni sulle policy, procedure, istruzioni operative e ne verifica l’attuazione al fine di garantire il rispetto dei requisiti dei Sistemi di Gestione e delle certificazioni di pertinenza (es. For a leading Tier 1 multinational company in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:   AUTOMATION ENGINEER   The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:   To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis To collaborate with Product Design for the tools feasibility To manage the investments of the machinery / tools ensuring the adherence of the spending according to the foreseen cost in the offer phase To define the supplier activities schedule for each machinery / tools, consistently with the overall product development Gantt. Principali responsabilità: Fornire supporto tecnico-produttivo ai dipartimenti di Marketing, Ricerca e Sviluppo (R&D) e Qualità nella fase di ideazione del prodotto, valutando la pre-fattibilità, i tempi e i costi associati. Collaborare alla costruzione di impianti pilota necessari al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sviluppo. Partecipare attivamente nel Team Innovazione per identificare i parametri e i processi chiave necessari allo sviluppo del prodotto. Conoscenza dei processi di stabilizzazione dei prodotti alimentari e delle relative tecnologie e impianti. Competenza su impianti industriali di produzione e confezionamento.
