La risorsa inserita riporta al Direttore HR di Gruppo e al General Manager di Plant ed è referente della definizione, implementazione e sviluppo di tutti i processi relativi alla risorse umane.
Lo scopo della posizione è quello di presidiare i processi chiave del plant italiano, entrando operativamente nelle pratiche hard (relazioni sindacali, contenzioso, disciplinare...) e soft (selezione, formazione, sviluppo, comunicazione...) legate al personale, con responsabilità e autonomia.
Ricerchiamo un profilo con esperienza pregressa in ruoli Hr, prefereibilmente maturata in contesti produttivi. For a Multinational Company we are looking for a: GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. For a multinational company operating in packaging sector, we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOOD & BEVERAGE ITALY AND EMEA AREA Main activities and responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan, for the assigned portfolio and end market. Maximize business opportunities across the multiple product categories (mainly in food & Beverage) and the respective manufacturing plants. Mission of the role Ensure operational results in terms of productivity and efficiency, managing the correct definition of both operating standards and process developments, and implementing suitable actions with the stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and corporate functions) to achieve the objectives of product availability (Apparel, Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories) for the entire distribution (Retail, E-commerce, and LBE channels).
