Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
