Main responsibilities
The position is responsible for directing and managing the global Supply Chain processes, through the activities of demand and production planning, the activities related to transportation and logistics, ensuring the continuous improvement of the entire supply chain process according to market needs and in compliance with budget, stock target, quality and group guidelines.

• Ensure that risk management procedures and actions on the supply chain process are compliant to corporate standards and to the Group's risk management/mitigation plan
• Develop competencies of the Supply Chain Team, managing staff, monitoring performance, mentoring and training, looking for continuous improvements of structures, quality and results

Key Responsibilities: Manage tax matters at both domestic and international levels, including VAT and customs duties. Oversee tax benefits (e.g., Patent Box, R&D credits) and handle tax reimbursement processes. Provide support to the Group companies during tax audits, assessments, and related matters. Deliver comprehensive tax services in compliance with local and international regulations, ensuring timely submissions. Participate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance documentation. Play a key role in budgeting and reporting processes for Group companies. Identify, develop, and implement tax-saving opportunities in both direct and indirect taxation areas. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing adjustments. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Law degree or Accounting qualification. A Master's degree in Tax Law is a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in tax advisory or corporate tax roles, ideally within an international environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in tax software, Excel, and Word. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling complex tax matters. Ownership and accountability in managing tasks and delivering results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Languages: Fluent in English. French knowledge is an advantage.
